Race Promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) invites interested companies to tender for the Carpentry, General Labour and Pit Building Remediation Works for 2025 & 2026 with optional years 2027 & 2028.
Eligibility Criteria of Tenderer:
- General Builder Class 2 (GB2)
Collection and Submission of Documents:
1. Tenderers are required to arrange for an authorised representative to sign and endorse a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with company stamp on 26 February 2025, Wednesday from the office of:

2. The validity period for this Request for Tender is 180 calendar days.
3. The closing date for submission is 18 March 2025, Tuesday, 5.00pm (Singapore Time).
A non-refundable tender fee of S$50 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted.

Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download the tender documents.
A compulsory tender briefing and site walkthrough will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Each company may send a maximum of 2 representatives to attend the tender briefing.
- Tender briefing will be held at Singapore GP’s address listed above on 28 February 2025 Friday at 3.00pm.
Tender submissions are to be submitted on or before the tender closing date on Procore.
SGP reserves the right to withdraw this tender invitation notice before its acceptance of any tender offer and is not bound to accept the lowest or the whole of any tender offer. SGP also reserves its right to reject any tender offer and is under no obligation to disclose any tender offer or its particulars to any party.
All expenses incurred in connection with the tender are to be borne by tenderers.
